Ashley's voice cut through my thoughts, breaking the trance I'd been in. Blinking, I connected with the real world once again.
My stomach had a weird feeling in it- a sinking feeling that made me feel as if I was about to throw up, and there was a lump in my throat that wouldn't leave, no matter how many times I tried to make it go away.
Right as he opened his mouth, CC on his lips, I finally managed to swallow the lump, and spoke, "I-I...wow..."
Ashley snorted, but you could tell he was pissed off. Ashley always got this weird look in his eyes when he was angry, or annoyed. This glint that lit up his eyes in a menacing light, a disturbingly different spark than the kid that made his chocolate orbs glow when he was happy.
His thin, tattooed fingers had been holding up his shirt for the past ten minutes, while I gathered my thoughts, and my eyes flickered down to look at his sun kissed stomach.
At first glance, nothing was off. OUTLAW tattoo arching over his belly button, small, kind-of adorable snail trail...
But...looking closer, his hips were distinctly curvier. Don't get me wrong, Ashley has always had a fantastic body. Toned, slightly effeminant...but no, his hips were definitely girl's, now. Also, his abdomen jutted slightly.
It was kind of cute...
"CC, for the love of God..." Ashley begged, shirt dropping and covering the baby bump that was forming. "Say something!" His voice sounded worried, big brown eyes wet. Instead of speaking, I wordlessly held my arms out for him, and he went into them, gladly, tears slowly soaking my bare chest. Rubbing his back, soothingly, I held Ashley close.
You see, Ashley wasn't my boyfriend. No, he was Andy's, had been since Ash joined the band in '09.
I was the band's slut! I slept with them all, kept my boys satisfied when their significant others are away. Kind of like a surrogate lover, if you will.
See, I loved my boys, but I was promiscuous by nature. Kind of like Ashley was until Andy managed to bring down his walls, a feat no other man, or woman, had ever managed to achieve.
It looked like nothing'd changed, though, really, because an hour ago he'd turned up, crying, on my doorstep, because he was pregnant and didn't know who the father of his kid was...awkward.
"CC..." he whimpered, and I felt a rush of sympathy for him. Life hadn't been the easiest for Ashley, which was brought to the light by Andy when they began dating, and he took off his mask.
"Shh, sweetie...it's going to be okay..." I held him, rocking our bodies back and fourth in a soothing way, hands automatically rubbing circles on his stomach. They worked on their own accord, tracing patterns, words...It was as if I already loved the child that could be mine.
"P-promise? D-don't...tell Andy.." He murmured, freezing as Andy's form came into view, blue eyes freezing cold as they regarded our embracing forms.
"...Don't tell Andy what?" He asked, demandingly.
